This spooky season is a special time for Keke Palmer and her young son. On October 31, the Emmy award winner, 30, showcased her Halloween costume inspired by Game of Thrones on Instagram, where she posed with her 20-month-old son, Leodis “Leo” Andrellton.

The adorable pair took their place on the Iron Throne, dressed as Queen Cersei Lannister and King Joffrey I Baratheon from the popular series. In her post, she expressed her excitement with a playful caption: “I, Cersei Lannister, introduce YOU to the heir of the throne! And he will absolutely OFF w/ your head. 🤣♥️”

Leo is always by his mother’s side, accompanying her to various events, including major tech gatherings and BET Awards rehearsals. “I try to bring him every single where I go,” the star of Nope shared with PEOPLE. “It’s the funnest to me.”

Palmer emphasized that Leo plays a more role than just being a sidekick: “He also is engaged.” Recalling a reception prior to an event, Palmer noted, “We’re walking in, we’re seeing the party go on, and I just go over there and I’m like, ‘Son, why are you kinda smooth with the execs?’”

She continued, sharing a humorous moment, “He is literally smiling, waving at them, trying to be talkative. I’m like, ‘Son, what is going on?’ So it was just so funny. It’s so funny to see him and how he responds to me in the workplace.”
